Migration to Shopify, Conversion Optimization (Redesign), Klaviyo Email Marketing
Challenge
Thomas's Wix site was outdated, hard for him to manage and built with no conversion logic behind it. It also had years of Google history behind it: strong rankings, and a customer base that arrived mostly through search. Our job was to redesign the whole store and its conversion flow without losing any of that authority.

Solution
We rebuilt Vélobsessive on Shopify as one connected system: a store structured for SEO in three languages, designed so Thomas can run it on his own, with booking, quoting and invoicing working together to take as little of his time as possible.

Solution 2.0
We created 8 completely personalized Klaviyo Flows for Vélobsessive that trigger automatically based on user behaviour. Including reminders before the appointment and follow-ups after it, without Thomas writing a single one.
Results
Less than 30 days after the migration, Vélobsessive was ranking higher on Google than it ever did on Wix, and don't forget… with a website 20x better, more usable, more responsive and prettier.
