Nº1 Platform for Growing E-commerce Brands

Most migrations quietly lose what took years to build. SEO Rankings drop, links break, customer lists vanish in the move. Then the sales follow them down...

The damage a rushed migration leaves behind.

We read how real users behave inside your store, and let those findings drive every design decision that follows.

SEO rankings disappear

Without a full 301 redirect map from old URLs to new, search engines read every page as brand new and drop the authority those pages carried. The positions held for years fade over the weeks after launch.

SEO Rankings Over Time

Organic Traffic Before vs after wrong migration

Relevant data that vanishes without a backup

A store is more than its catalog and its contacts. Product metafields, blog content, existing redirects, translations and settings all live in the old platform, and a migration run without a full backup loses whatever nobody thought to export.

Dozens of links that lead nowhere.

Every old URL left un-redirected becomes a dead end: the backlinks other sites point your way, the pages sitting in customers' bookmarks, the product links inside past email campaigns. All of them return a 404 the day the new store goes live.

Customer lists left behind

Contacts, accounts and order history never move on their own. A careless export strips the segments your Klaviyo flows rely on, and customers who already trusted you land in the new store as strangers.

Full audit & redirect plan

We audit the store on two fronts at once. Technical: a complete crawl mapping every URL, its indexing status and the pages holding organic authority, plus a PageSpeed Insights read on load times and Core Web Vitals. Conversion: where the current store leaks sales, from information architecture to checkout friction...

Design & CRO

The new storefront is designed around conversion first, aesthetics second. Layout, information architecture and page hierarchy are shaped by evidence: the behavioral patterns behind 340+ storefronts we have audited, and the data your current store gives us where it applies.

4.

Development, data & integrations

The approved design is built by hand: custom sections, blocks, unique designs... In parallel, the full dataset crosses over and is verified against the source: catalog, customers, order history, metafields, with meta titles and descriptions carried across for every URL. Any third-party integrations the store needs, reviews, subscriptions, booking, invoicing, Klaviyo, are configured and tested as part of the build.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your existing store stays live and selling the whole time. We build the new Shopify store in parallel, map everything across, and only switch domains once every page, redirect and dataset has been tested. The changeover happens at a low-traffic window, so it's close to invisible to your customers.
Most run six to eight weeks end to end, depending on catalog size and how many rounds of feedback the design takes. You get the full schedule before we start, and it holds as long as feedback comes back within 48 hours at each stage.
A briefing answered in full at the start, access to your current store, analytics and Search Console, feedback at each design round, and a final sign-off before launch. The redirects, the data transfer and the build are on us.
Yes. We migrate from any of the common platforms to Shopify. What changes between them is the export process, not the outcome: your catalog, content, customers and the SEO you built all come across the same way.
